Advocacy 

Kindernothilfe works on national and international levels by joining alliances, co-operating with networks and other organisations to achieve a global improvement of economic, social and political structural conditions. It participates in campaigns or initiates its own campaigns.

Kindernothilfe is above all committed to the implementation of the UN Convention on the Right of the Child which forms an important base for its work. At the beginning of 2004 Kindernothilfe was granted consultative status with the economic council and social council (ECOSOC) and this now enables it to draw more attention to the needs of children.

Ecpat
ECPAT stands for ' End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes'. The network of organisations and individuals working together to eliminate the commercial sexual exploitation of children. (more)

Forum Kinderarbeit/German Anti Child-Labour Forum
The alliance is succeeding the german dividison of the "Global March against Child Labour". (more)

erlassjahr.de
erlassjahr.de is a german umbrella organisation of the worldwide jubilee-network. It represents more than 900 bigger Non Governmental or Church linked Organisations and small initiatives like One-World-Shops or Church Communities. The aim of erlassjahr.de is to reach worldwide a sustainable external debt situation by a fair and transparent arbitration process as well for responsible new lending and for debt cancellations. (more)

Deutscher Initiativkreis für das Verbot von Landminen
The German section of The International Campaign to Ban Landmines. It is committed to an international ban on the use, production, stockpiling, and sale, transfer, or export of antipersonnel landmines. (more)

TransFair
The aim of this non-profit organisation is to support disadvantaged producers in Africa, Asia and Latin America, and to improve their working and living conditions through Fairtrade.(more)

International Coalition to stop the Use of Child Soldiers

German National Coalition for the implementation of the UN-Convenion on the Rights of the Child
The National Coalition for the Implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in Germany (NC) was formally founded in 1995. In the meantime, around 100 organisations and initiatives active on the national level across Germany and focusing on a range of social concerns have joined this association.(more)

Action against AIDS Germany
Action against AIDS Germany is a network of today 100 Aids Service- and Development Organisations, Churches and more than 270 grassroots groups. Together they are advocating to improve the living conditions of people living with HIV and Aids.(more)
