Evaluation of two PRSP-studies
Picture: Alexander Volkmann 20 years after the adoption of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), on the one hand, and ten years after the launch of the debt relief campaign, on the other hand, the work of Kindernothilfe within the context of Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers and the rights of the child were supposed to be examined and recorded. For that purpose Kindernothilfe's subsequent work on this topic was evaluated together with secondary material. In addition, representatives of official development aid (ODA) organisations, the civil society and from the fields of science and politics were met for interviews. The conclusions and recommendations of the evaluation will help Kindernothilfe to continue with the work on this issue.
